Subscriptions save you money compared to buying individual issues and are available for fixed periods, such as 3 months or 12 months. Upon subscribing, you gain immediate access to the current issue, along with all other regular issues released during your subscription term. New issues will appear in your My Library area on the Pocketmags website or app when they are released. They can continue to be read in My Library after your subscription ends.
Some titles offer 'all-access' subscriptions, which will be indicated on the purchase page. All-access subscriptions provide access to new issues as they are released, as well as all regular back issues of the title (that are available on Pocketmags) for the duration of your subscription, via My Library. Once the subscription ends, access to all issues is lost.
Your subscription will renew automatically, so if you want to continue subscribing you don't need to do anything and your next subscription will auto-renew. If you'd prefer to cancel the auto-renewal, you must do this at least 24 hours before your next payment is due to be taken.
If you would like to cancel the renewal of a subscription this can be done in the My Subscriptions section of the My Account area of the website. If you are looking to cancel a subscription purchased in an app please follow our instructions here.
As with many free trial offers, you are asked to enter your credit or debit card details as part of the sign up process, payment will be taken from this card at the end of the trial for the agreed post-trial price. You have the option to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period and if you do, no payment will be taken.
After downloading a magazine subscription trial, if you don't want to continue with the subscription after the end of the trial period, please ensure you cancel it at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends (normally 30 days or less), otherwise you will be charged the full subscription rate. Instructions on cancelling an auto-renewal can be found here.
If you ordered online through the Pocketmags website, to cancel a recurring subscription please click here: https://pocketmags.com/membersarea/mysubscriptions and then click the 'Cancel renewal' option.
If you made your original purchase through either the Pocketmags app or an individual magazine app, you will need to cancel the subscription via the Subscriptions section of your account with the respective App Store you purchased through. Instructions for each are as follows:

If you ordered directly through the Publisher's Website or Shop or are a print subscriber please contact the publisher directly or review your original purchase receipt or order confirmation for details on how to cancel.

You can permanently delete your Pocketmags account through the Pocketmags web site or the Pocketmags iOS app by following the instructions below.
Once deleted you will no longer be able to access any of your Pocketmags purchases and there is no way to reactivate your account. Please also note that you will need to cancel any auto-renewing subscriptions purchased outside of the Pocketmags site, account deletion will not affect these.
Deleting your account via the Pocketmags website: (suitable for all users)
1. Login to Pocketmags and go to My Account: https://pocketmags.com/membersarea/myaccount
2. Click 'Delete Pocketmags Account'
3. You will be sent an email to confirm account deletion. Click the relevant link in this email to confirm deletion.
Deleting your account via the Pocketmags iOS app: (suitable only for iOS users)
1. Press 'Options' in the bottom right
2. Tap 'My Account' at the top of the menu
3. Tap 'Delete Pocketmags Account' at the bottom of the page
4. You will be sent an email to confirm account deletion. Click the relevant link in this email to confirm deletion.
